2.      Payment Method

    2.1) We accept online credit card payment (VISA and MasterCard) via PayPal

    2.3) We will not be responsible for any form of handling/service charges incurred for payment settlement, if any.

    2.4) For verification purpose, and in the interest of our customers, in case of doubt, we may request customers to present photocopy of payment credit card, as well as an address proof in form of a utility bill, before product delivery.


3.      Prices

    3.1) Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

   3.2) All prices are confirmed upon confirmation of orders.

4.      Delivery Arrangement

    4.1)We ship to most part of the world, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Singapore. Also, it is your responsibility to ensure a complete and/ or correct shipping address is provided. We would NOT be responsible for any loss of parcel caused by an incomplete and/ or wrong shipping address.

    4.2) The delivery fee is calculated based on the shipment destination, delivery option selected as well as the size and weight of the merchandise. Please refer to the delivery fee automatically calculated at the checkout page.

    4.3)For some items, free delivery service may be provided at our own discretion. Such arrangement is subject to change without prior notice. And the out-of-delivery-area surcharge is excluded that we shall not be responsible for.

    4.4) Please refer to below table for the estimated delivery lead time from dispatch to customers’ receipt of orders:

* During Christmas shopping high season, the delivery lead time may be longer than usual due to the sudden surge in the volume of orders and mails.

     4.5) An order tracking number will be sent to you via email once the product is shipped so that you can keep track of the delivery status at our delivery service providers’ web sites.

     4.6) All cross-border mails are subject to customs inspection. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of the merchandise due to the fact that the mails are being held by the customs.

     4.7) To offer customers more flexibility in receipt of orders, we accept PO Box as a delivery address. However, we are not responsible for any delay or loss due to the use of PO Box as a delivery address.

     4.8)  Customers shall ensure the shipping address provided is complete and correct. We shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery, non-delivery, or loss of the ordered items due to customers’ provision of wrong delivery address. We reserve the right to charge for additional delivery and handling fee for re-delivery of the order due to wrong delivery address given by customers.

     4.9)We ship our orders via the award-winning Hongkong Post and other reputable courier service providers, including DHL and FedEx, to ensure that your orders are handled with great care and high efficiency. To allow customers to enjoy a good saving in costs, our orders usually do not come with insurance. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any mishap or mishandling during the delivery process. Customers are advised to report your cases to us as soon as possible so that we can help follow up with the delivery service providers.

     4.10)An additional charge will be imposed when a remote delivery address is inserted. Our delivery partner provides express international shipment services to remote and less-accessible locations are assessed an out-of-delivery-area.


5.       Customs Duty, Import Taxes, VAT and Other Charges

     5.1) We accept orders from all around the world, where the safety standards, laws and regulations may vary from country to country. Generally, all cross-borders shipments may be subject to the customs duty, import taxes, VAT and other relevant charges, if any, of the destination country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient shall be responsible for any Customs Duty, Import Taxes, VAT and any other related charges and should be aware of any banned items.

    5.2) We are also not responsible for any loss due to the confiscation of the order by the Local Customs Authority of the destination country because of the reasons mentioned in clause 5.1. No refund or re-shipment of the confiscated order will be arranged.

6.      Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

    6.1) We sell only genuine, high-quality products. However, in case you have received any defective items, please notify us within 2 days after receipt of the relevant items by email     to sales@amagic.com.

    6.2) Upon receipt of the reported DOA (Dead on Arrival) item, we will perform a thorough functional check on the item. If the item is confirmed DOA, we will arrange for re-shipment of the replacement, or repaired item based the DOA situation, to customers at our own cost. Or, refund will be arranged if no replacement is available.

    6.3) However, no replacement will be offered if it is found that the damages are caused by abnormal use or conditions, misuse, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage. We will simply ship back the reported DOA item.

    6.4) No replacement or refund will be offered to any item that has its serial number altered, defaced or removed.

    6.5) We would bear the shipping cost for shipping back the DOA item, if it is confirmed defective. Customers must use our appointed courier to ship back the items, otherwise no refund of shipping fee would be provided.

    6.6) Reports of DOA that are submitted more than 2 days after receipt of the relevant items will not be accepted. They will be treated as a repair request instead. No shipping cost will be reimbursed to the customers.

    6.7) We would not bear the following costs related shipping back the items:
         - Shipping cost of DOA items reported to us more than 2 days after delivery
         - Shipping cost of DOA items that are shipped back without our prior approval or not using our appointed courier
         - Shipping and repairing costs of items that need to be paired in Hong Kong, or elsewhere
         - Any custom duties, VAT and / or any taxes or charges incurred from shipping the items to us or shipping back the items to the customers

    6.8) Refund will only be arranged for orders that cannot be fulfilled. The entire refund process usually takes 10 days.



7.      Limited Warranty

     7.1) We are a Hong Kong-based company shipping around the world. Leveraging on our geographical advantage, we strive to offer products at very attractive prices, giving customers a big saving on product prices.

     7.2) The Product is warranted for a twelve (12) month period from the date of shipment by Company.

      This Standard Warranty does not apply:

       i.      To deterioration due to normal wear and tear.

       ii.     To damage caused by use with non-aMagic products, accessories or parts.

       iii.    To damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by aMagic or not in accordance with instructions issued by aMagic.

       iv.    To damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of, or is not authorized by aMagic.

       v.     To a Product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of aMagic.

       vi.    To accessories/Spare parts or consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

       vii.   If any serial number has been removed or defaced.

       viii.  If any label and/or logo has been removed or defaced.

        ix.   If the damage is due to: accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, food or liquid spills, immersion in liquid, excessive physical force or tampering, incorrect electrical charge, electrostatic discharge (ESD), excessive temperature or humidity or exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal or environmental conditions or rapid changes in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, neglect, improper installation or use, forces of nature, influence from chemical products or other acts beyond the reasonable control of aMagic or other external causes.
